About

Our Commitment

Welcome to our animal mediation service, where dogs become caring partners. Having worked as an acute care nurse for many years and recently certified as an animal mediator, I am passionate about the well-being of individuals and the positive impact that animals can have on our lives.

"Animal mediation is a helping relationship with preventive and therapeutic aims in which a qualified professional, equally concerned with humans and animals, introduces an animal, in this case a dog, to a beneficiary."

Animal mediation, also called zootherapy, is accessible to a very diverse audience, including children, adolescents and adults, with or without disabilities.

The prior definition of therapeutic, educational or social objectives makes it possible to evaluate the benefit of the sessions for the client.

These objectives can be established in collaboration with different professionals and specialists depending on the patient's needs, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists or educational teams.

Our dogs are respected in their needs and regularly monitored by a veterinarian. Their education has been done in a positive manner.
